I live and breathe crafting! I have all my life. I guess I’m one of those crafty squirrels that just can’t seem to focus on one type of craft.
I feel that crafting is an activity that’s very important for people that are struggling with mental health/depression. It boosts your mood, builds your self-confidence, and reduces that nasty stress bug.
I want to be there for you. To show you all the amazing crafts that you can do to help lift you up, and feel better about yourself. After all, why wouldn’t you feel good after creating something by hand, right? The more you get your creativity flowing, the better, and better you’ll feel!

- 3 sheets of faux leather in coordinating colors (they measure 8 1/4 x 11 3/4 in)
- Heat n Bond Strong
- Rotary cutter
- Printer paper (white) 8 1/2 x 11 in – 12 sheets
- Staples – regular size
- Patterned paper 12 x 12 in, 2 sheets
- Elastic cord
- Gold adhesive vinyl foil
